What sets my biscotti apart from all others is that even though I twice bake it I do not believe that biscotti must be a dried out tasteless twig that must be dunked in your coffee or tea to be remotely palatable. Way North Foods Biscotti are crunchy yet soft and bursting full of luscious flavors from northern Michigan and beyond.  All of my biscotti are handmade with natural ingredients such as creamery butter, pure cane sugar and choice local fruits.  I pride myself on using as many local ingredients as possible in my products. I buy from local suppliers such as Graceland Fruit and Cherry Capital Foods who supply my dried cherries, cranberries, apples and blueberries, Old's Brothers who supplies my maple syrup and Sleepy Bear Farms who supplies my honey.

I offer  four core flavors of biscotti - Dried Cherry White Chocolate, Lemon Dried Blueberry, Double Dark Chocolate and Orange Dried Cranberry.  I also offer seasonal and holiday flavors including Maple Walnut, Luscious Lemon, Pumpkin Pie, Apple Pie and Peppermint Bark to name a few.
